OPTIMA-S-PC_BM is a variable pressure controller that can be supplied with or without insulation for effective sound reduction. The product is intended to control the air pressure in a ventilation system and is suitable for various applications such as offices, laboratories, public spaces, industrial plants, and healthcare premises. The product is designed to be installed into rectangular ducts by means of a duct connection that is equipped with a flange.
OPTIMA-S-PC_BM is manufactured from galvanised steel sheet for strength and durability. It consists of a casing, duct connection with a flange, multiple damper blades, and a rubber gasket. It is also equipped with a modular pressure control device that consists of polyurethane measurement tubes for connection to the pressure impulse tapping spots, an air pressure transmitter, a modular control unit, and an actuator. The sound insulation on the OPTIMA-SI-PC is a 19mm thick closed-cell foam mat, protected by galvanised steel sheet.
