For Elizabeth, no two days are the same and knowing that her work contributes to smooth operations and satisfied customers gives her a strong sense of purpose.
"As a Production Planner, I get to combine my passion for process improvement with the day-to-day challenge of coordinating production activities," she explains. "I enjoy working with different teams to optimise workflows and keep production running efficiently."
Building a career in engineering
Elizabeth's journey highlights the opportunities available in engineering, manufacturing, and production planning. Through analytical thinking, determination, and a commitment to learning, she has continued to grow professionally while contributing to the success of Systemair.

"It reminded me that challenges become opportunities to learn when people work together."
