Warehouses

Limited spaces

Some industrial buildings, including warehouses, face space constraints and require fast installation, making traditional ductwork impractical. In these cases, ductless ventilation solutions offer an efficient and flexible alternative.

Industrial buildings and warehouses often require fast installation while operating within limited available space, making traditional ductwork impractical. In these cases, Systemair offers ductless air handling units designed to provide an efficient, flexible and high-performance ventilation solution.

Dual-purpose fire fans combine daily ventilation with reliable smoke and heat extraction in the event of fire, enhancing building safety. Frequent door traffic can also affect indoor climate conditions, especially in warehouse areas. Air curtains help reduce energy losses and maintain thermal comfort through intelligent, low-maintenance control.

When ductwork is not an option, Roofline air handling unit can be directly installed.

Smoke and heat extract roof fan

Without ducts, the extraction system also needs to adapt; Roof fans – like DVV/F – are a perfect fit, engineered for gas and smoke extraction and capable of handling continuous temperatures of up to 120°C – and up to 400°C or 600°C for 120 minutes in critical scenarios.

Air Curtains

And just like in production areas, warehouses experience constant traffic through doors. Air curtains again strengthen the climate shield. Frico’s Pamir 5000 uses Thermozone technology to maintain an energy-efficient barrier, supported by intelligent controls that fine-tune comfort with minimal effort.
