Application

The AJ jet fans provide day-by-day ventilation up to 55°C at low costs without sacrificing performance, and smoke extraction for various temperature ranges depending on the AJ type.

The fans are ideal for uses in multi-storey and underground car parks and industrial applications.

Sturdy and dependable design

Corrosion-proof aluminum impellers or composite impellers, high-efficiency motors and a hot-dip galvanized steel casing ensure high quality and a long life time.

Tested according to AMCA 250

The AXC axial fans have been performance tested in accordance with AMCA 250 standards.

Construction

The casing is made of hot-dip galvanized steel according to ISO 1461 with pre-drilled flanges. The terminal box with IP 65 is mounted outside on the casing.

The AJ jet fans are available for sizes 355 and 400 mm including silencers and protective grids at the inlet and outlet.

The silencers provide integrated inlet cones. The sound attenuating material is non-inflammable according to DIN 4102.

Impeller

The reversible impellers on the AJR_TR fans are made of aluminum and are dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 21940-11, balancing quality G6,3, and vibration limits according to ISO 14694.

ARJ-Q impellers are not reversible

Motor

Standard models are driven by three-phase AC motors suitable for 60Hz and optionally for 50Hz.

Control

Motors can be speed controlled by frequency inverter between 10 and 60 Hz.

Installation

The pre-assembled galvanized steel brackets ensures an easy and safe ceiling installation.
