At the Systemair main plant in Skinnskatteberg in Sweden four of our six foremen are forewomen. For us it is knowledge, experience and qualities that are important. Systemair endeavours to having welltrained, knowledgeable and motivated employees. Persons in key positions are recruited both externally and internally.
