PZZN is an external louver that is designed to provide effective protection of the outside supply and exhaust wall openings against rain water penetration. The water is blocked from entering the duct with air face velocity up 3 m/s. The product also blocks the view into the inside of the duct. Available in different sizes, the product is ideal for building facade ventilation transitions for air supply or extraction. The design has been proven for effective rain water separation. It is robust and mechanically stable and can cope with challenging conditions. 

PZZN is manufactured from galvanised steel sheet. It consists of an outer frame and an inner frame with build in ledges, as well as blades with 45 mm spacing. It can be equipped by an “S” welded mesh screen and “UR” mounting frame. The mesh screen blocks larger impurities, such as leaves, from penetrating. The PZZN is provided without any additional surface finish as standard and can be painted to any RAL code specified by the customer.
