A stunning skyline milestone
Designed by Chapman Taylor, Port Baku Tower 2 is a 135,000m², 36-floor mixed-use development that enhances the city’s skyline with its sculptural, curving façades and inclined upper levels. This modern skyscraper features high-end office spaces, a grand 16-meter-high ceiling foyer, and a retail and dining podium, making it one of Azerbaijan’s most prominent business hubs.

Systemair supplied a comprehensive HVAC package for this landmark project, ensuring optimal ventilation, climate control, and energy efficiency throughout the building.
The complete HVAC package included the following key components:
Automated AHUs – 13 AHUs with humidifier section and automation, providing advanced air handling with smart controls for maximum efficiency
VOClean – kitchen air handling units for superior filtration

Insulated duct fans – delivering precise airflow management for controlled environments
Circular duct fans – optimising air distribution for seamless ventilation
Axial fans – ensuring high-performance airflow for larger spaces
Smoke extract fans – ensuring safety and efficiency in smoke control systems
Lift pressurisation fans – maintaining optimal air pressure in lift shafts
Speed controllers – precise control over fan speed and efficiency
Fan Coils - 1,200 EC fan coils were provided to ensure energy-efficient cooling, precise temperature control, and enhanced indoor comfort
Jet fans – 100+ units were delivered, enhancing ventilation and smoke extraction in parking areas.
