St. Isaac’s Cathedral, a masterpiece of architecture, is a landmark cathedral located in St. Petersburg.
When the ventilation system was renovated, air handling units from Systemair were chosen to provide the indoor air climate. There were very strict demands placed on the quality of the equipment, the technical parameters and the reliability of deliveries. Reliability is key as the temperature and humidity must be kept at a constant level 24/7 due to the art collection that is kept there. The lack of space for transporting the units was a challenge as well but it was solved thanks to the DV air handling units being divided into sections that were small enough to be transported through the doors of the ancient building with ease.
The DV air handling units from Systemair meets all the requirements for energy efficiency, sound level and reliability.
