With the acquisition of Matthews & Yates in 2007 the division Systemair M.R.T. specialised in ventilation systems for infrastructure projects, such as metro, road- and railway tunnels as well as mines. Systemair ventilation systems prove performance already during construction of the tunnel by supplying the building site with fresh air. Later our ventilation systems control the air quality in the tunnel. In the case of fire they keep escape routes free of smoke gases and heat.

Our portfolio comprises e.g. silencers, tunnel dampers, inverters, flexible ducting, dedusting units (ATEX version available), fire dampers and pressurization systems for escape routes.
