Since 2011, Amazon has made investments in Spanish operations of more than EUR 6.8 Billion. Amazon’s local Spanish-based workforce has grown rapidly to reach more than 12,000 people at the end of 2020.

Customised solution with energy-efficient components
For this project, Systemair delivered a total of 5 Geniox air handling units. Specifically, models GX12, GX16, GX18 and GX24 with flow rates of between 4,320 m3/h and 18,200 m3/h.
The customisation of the project has been one of the keys to its success. The units were delivered with lower connections inside the envelope, and the openings on the building had already been made, so we had to adjust to the dimensions required by the architecture.
In addition, it is a very energy-efficient unit thanks to the transmission of the panels, the EC fans and the recuperators with A+ energy ratings. The quality of the components and a very intuitive control system were also decisive in the client selecting us as their supplier.
