Systemair’s IPO subscribed nine times

Trading in Systemair shares started in Oct 2007, on the OMX Nordic Exchange under the ticker symbol SYSR.
The demand for shares was strong. A total of 20,600,000 shares were offered for sale, including an over allotment option, and the offer was subscribed approximatly nine times. The price has been set at SEK 78 per share, corresponding to a market capitalisation of approximately SEK 4.1 billion. The number of shareholders in July 2008 amount to approx 4,700.
