A room so quiet that a person can hear their own blood circulating.

The development centre at Skinnskatteberg, recently AMCA accredited, is an investment of 700.000 EUR and is equipped with test equipment making it one of the most modern in Europe.

The silent room is one of the test stations, a so called reverberation room with a background sound below 10 dBA.

When measuring supply diffusers, a green coloured laser is used to show how the air moves from wall or ceiling mounted diffusers.

Here we also have a climate chamber able to cool the air down to -20ºC and that can be used the year around for development of heat recovery units.

There are test facilities also in Germany and Denmark.
